About me

The reasons for seeking therapy are many. I am a strong believer in our ability as individuals to change how we feel, think and react to the situations we find ourselves in and which may be causing us difficulty. I see my role as a therapist as a facilitator, allowing a client to learn about themselves, their relationships and their behaviours.

My aim is to provide an open, non-judgmental, empathic space to allow you to explore whatever it is that brings you to therapy.

What I offer

I have trained as an integrative therapist and am a qualified counsellor.

I am a level 2 IFS (internal family systems) therapist.

My practice draws primarily on person centred, existential and psychodynamic theories. I find the internal family systems model (IFS) to be a particularly powerful and rewarding way of working.

50 minute session - £65
