About me
I’m a qualified crystal healer and writer. Books include The Little Book for Crystal Lovers (as Astrid Carvel), The Crystal Healing Journal and The Dream Journal (as Anna Barnes), due out with Summersdale Publishing in October 2022.
I trained with the Cotswolds School of Crystal Healing and Awareness, and am ACHO registered.
In 2016 I experienced a heart centre awakening, which led me towards extensive study and practice in crystals and angel card reading, something that I had always been interested in.
Along with the guidance of my angels and spirit team, I’m delighted to be able to share these gifts with you.
My ultimate goal as a healer is to help you to get to know and recognize your own intuition and guidance system, to appreciate the power of healing that is already within you and feel fully empowered to live your best life.
What I offer
Treatments include chakra balancing, clearing blocked meridians, energy field corrections, clearing entities and repairing holes in the aura, colour therapy and hand reflexology with crystals, and the application and diffusion of specific crystal energies. I also offer animal healing (via distance only).
