Practicing reflexology is a real source of enjoyment for me. I’ve found that how we feel and approach the world can be supported by complementary therapies. This in turn helps us to find a calm space in our lives.

My treatments are designed to be deeply relaxing and invigorating, soothing and nurturing.

About me

I live in Stroud with my husband and our daughters. I used to work as a wedding florist but retrained in 2015 in reflexology. Having treatments myself with an amazing reflexologist really inspired me.

I’m interested in who we are when we are not the other labels (employee, parent, sibling etc) in our lives. I’ve found that reflexology somehow allows us to find that space for who we really are.

Reflexology to improve your sense of well-being and invigorate your feet.

Reflexology for women during pregnancy (home visits in the Stroud area available)

Your session will last for 50 minutes where a warm and quiet space is created for you to unwind. My treatments are designed to be deeply relaxing as I incorporate plenty of massage techniques alongside reflexology. Perfect for restoring energy via your tired feet!

Vouchers are also available and make a thoughtful gift.

After an initial phone consultation (no charge) Regular sessions are £43 and those for under 25s are £38.
