About me
I’m Sally Abbott - Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and Life Coach with a belief that the stories we tell ourselves shape how we live. For years I noticed a simple truth: most of the struggles we face - anxiety, self-doubt, habits that hold us back - come from how we think, not from a lack of effort. That’s why I trained in clinical hypnotherapy and NLP - to help people change how their mind works, not just what it thinks.
I work with people who want meaningful change. People who are done with quick fixes, tired of feeling stuck, and ready to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and grounded in real psychology and neuroscience. Together we listen, explore patterns, and build new ways of thinking that actually work in your daily life.
