About me

I had my first applied kinesiology allergy test over ten years ago, as I felt tired, had mood swings (for no apparent reason) and couldn't seem to lose weight, whatever I tried.

I found allergy testing to be really beneficial and I began to feel like me again.

I have a very keen interest in natural and holistic therapies, this style of testing really inspired me and I finally decided to study, finding a diploma course with the British Institute of Allergy and Environmental Therapy based in Ffynnonwen Wales. I completed and passed the course in 2019, now I'm a fully qualified, insured therapist and member of BAET.

What I offer

I use applied kinesiology which is a gentle and non-invasive technique.

Sensitivities can pop up at any time throughout your life and can simply be an overload or intolerance to a certain food or something in your environment. Symptoms can also be seasonal, often triggered by pollens or grasses.

I use the arm to identify muscle resistance, picking up any imbalance or sensitivities you may have to food, chemicals or airborne allergens.

The body will always try to balance and maintain homeostasis; it sometimes just needs a helping hand through support and diet.
