About me
From a career of many years in teaching, I made the decision ten years ago to retrain as a registered nutritional therapist, following my passionate interest in the role of diet and lifestyle in health. With diet and lifestyle implicated in a range of health conditions, it has never been more timely to consider the impact of our choices on our health and wellbeing. Studying the science of nutrition gave me the opportunity to explore the principles of naturopathy within the context of robust 21st century evidence, for a highly personalised approach to nutrition.
With a commitment to empowering my clients to take control of their health journeys, I have also trained as a health and wellbeing coach, applying the principles of positive psychology to help my clients become active participants in decisions about their own health.
I have added to my foundational training in naturopathic nutrition. Trained in nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics, I am able to support my clients with the insights of DNA panels. Trained in the G.E.M.M. (Gut Ecology and Metabolic Modulation) protocol, I am able to offer my clients the benefits of this protocol. I am also a registered practitioner with Firstbeat, to use their clinical grade biofeedback device (monitoring sleep, fitness and stress responses).

As a nutritional therapist I guide you with beneficial food and lifestyle choices to improve your symptoms and to optimise your wellness. My priority is to empower you with clear and realistic steps towards your health goals.
As a health and wellbeing coach I support your journey every step of the way, helping you to make the connections between what you eat and the way you feel. My priority is to help you to take proactive action for your wellness.
