About me

I'm Imogen, a qualified acupuncturist and founder of Inner Seasons Acupuncture. I came to acupuncture through my own health challenges, looking for gentler, more holistic ways to support myself. Alongside relief from physical symptoms, I was struck by how much more at home I felt in my own body, and that experience sparked a deep fascination with Chinese Medicine.

I trained for 3½ years at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, completing a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture. My training integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element Acupuncture, and I'm a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).

I have a particular passion for women's health, supporting people with menstrual concerns, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause, and for mental health and emotional wellbeing.

At the heart of my work is a belief that health isn't about fixing or fighting the body, but learning to listen to it. I aim to create a treatment space where people feel truly heard, safe, and supported as they find their way back towards balance.

What I offer

I offer gentle, whole-person acupuncture treatments tailored to both your physical and emotional needs. Each treatment begins with careful listening — I take time to understand what has brought you for treatment, and use traditional diagnostic tools including pulse and tongue assessment to build a full picture of your health.

Treatments are always adapted to how you present on the day, and may incorporate a range of techniques alongside acupuncture needling, including cupping, gua sha, and auricular (ear) acupuncture.

People come for many reasons — from managing chronic symptoms to finding steadiness during difficult times, or simply creating space for rest and rebalancing. I offer an initial consultation (90–120 mins, £75) which includes your first treatment, followed by shorter follow-up sessions (45–60 mins, £55). An introductory treatment plan is also available.

I believe acupuncture should be accessible, and I'm happy to discuss reduced rates where cost is a barrier.
