About me
I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor offering a calm, non-judgemental space where you can talk freely and feel truly heard. I work with adults both in person and remotely (via video or telephone), offering flexibility to suit your needs.
I have a particular interest in supporting people with relationship difficulties ,whether that’s with partners, family, friends, or yourself. Relationships can shape so much of how we experience life, and when things feel challenging, it can affect everything.
Alongside relationships, I also work with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, bereavement and life transitions. My role is not to advise or ‘fix’, but to walk alongside you, helping you explore your experiences and reconnect with what matters to you.
"You’ve made such a huge difference in my life — more than I ever expected when I first started talking. Our sessions helped me find my confidence again, and now I feel better than I have in a long time. I’m so grateful. Thank you."
What I offer
I offer one-to-one counselling sessions where you set the pace. As a person-centred therapist, I believe that lasting change comes when you feel safe, accepted, and truly listened to. My aim is to create that space for you, a space where you don’t have to pretend, perform, or figure everything out on your own.
Sessions are available in person from Stroud, online via secure video call, or over the phone. You can choose what feels most comfortable.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want to understand yourself better, counselling can offer a powerful space for reflection, healing, and growth.
"Talking with you made a real difference. I felt understood and supported, and it helped me see things more clearly."
