About me

I am a woman on a path of self-love, committed to having the best relationship with myself to make the most of the gift we call life. I explored many spiritual paths seeking a life with more depth and freedom and, whilst every exploration has taught me many things, what I eventually came to realise is that the nourishing and fulfilling connection with my body and the earth is my truest spiritual path.

I love being outside doing anything from laying on the earth feeling the sun on my skin to hiking up a mountain or going for a sweaty run. I love woodland, mountains, the ocean and expansive spaces, and the gifts and change that each season brings. My favourite ways to move are yoga, dancing, walking, strength training, running and qi gong. Some more of my favourite things: Plant – Rose, Food – Cake, Drink – Anything containing elderflower, Film – Pulp Fiction, Favourite Soul – My dog (of course!) who is never too far from my side.

What I offer

I believe women are full of power and magic and those qualities amplify the relationship we have with ourselves and the earth.

I now combine my years of experience as a holistic therapist and yoga teacher with feminine spirituality and earth based wisdom to offer women multiple ways in which to have a beautiful deep relationship with themselves.

Aside from the holistic therapies I offer I also share and create various embodiment practices including sacred self-care, movement, deep rest, body and womb rituals.
