By unlocking doors to connect us back to our authentic selves – living with less stress, more relaxation and space through the incredible body work of Access Consciousness, I know we can all contribute to building a world where ease and a joyful life is a reality we can choose.

I currently work as a consultant, using my communications experience working on business campaign solutions and complement this with the energetic modality of Access Bars^® empowering people to be more productive through greater awareness and body caring.
