About me
I have worked with clients from all walks of life, addressing a range of concerns. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
I am committed to providing a professional and confidential service that respects your individual needs and preferences. I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and sometimes daunting experience, which is why I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your experiences.
My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with you, based on empathy, trust, and mutual respect.
What I offer
I offer person centred therapy with the option to integrate creative techniques, art and images. I work with a range of clients in a variety of life situations. By integrating from carefully selected secondary modalities, I find that I am able to provide more successful therapy for people, encompassing a broader selection of issues.
I work especially with clients who wish to discuss and their own neurodiversity or caring for neurodiverse individuals. For this I tend to work with my clients to develop acceptance and understanding of their situations, as well as using various techniques such as images and creativity to allow clients to improve their understanding of their emotions and how to express them.
In addition to neurodiversity, I also work with anxiety, depression, sexial trauma, men’s issues, identity, addiction, low self-esteem, loss, amongst others.
We can agree short-term work or work open-ended depending on what is appropriate for your situation.
