About me

Hello and welcome, thank you for being here.

My name is Charlotte, and I am a qualified integrative counsellor and registered accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, working both in private practice and as a counsellor for Wiltshire Mind.

I am experienced in working with a range of issues and I'm open to working with whatever you would like to bring. We will work together to unravel the feelings that you are having and to empower you in finding a way forward.

I offer a free, no obligation, initial 15 minute video consultation. This is to gain an understanding of what has brought you to counselling and to work out if I am the right counsellor for you.

Please do get in touch below to find out more and book in a call.

What I offer

I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, drawing on various therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each person that I work with. I believe that no single approach fits all, so I tailor sessions to address each client's specific concerns and goals. I draw upon elements of person-centred, gestalt, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapies to provide a supportive, collaborative space for growth and healing.

I aim to create a warm, relaxed environment where you can feel comfortable sharing with me. In this safe space you can explore your emotions, thoughts, behaviours, gain self-awareness, and develop empowering coping strategies. I am committed to building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, which helps to create positive change that improves overall wellbeing and life satisfaction.

It can be daunting to take the first steps to seek help, and I hope to make the process for everyone that I work with as easy as possible.

If you are looking for a safe, confidential, empathetic space to feel heard without any judgement, please reach out to me and we can discuss how we might work together.

Seeking help is a brave and empowering step towards feeling like yourself again.
