About me

My journey with healing and Nutrition started over ten years ago.

I have always had a fascination with the human body and health. This fascination led me to my own experimentation treating skin and digestive problems that I was experiencing. This brought me down many paths, ultimately leading me to a Bsc in Health Sciences and more recently completing my training as a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine Bristol. I have also studied Colonic Hydrotherapy at the Naturopathic School of Colonic Hydrotherapy in London.

I am continually amazed and humbled by the phenomenal healing potential of our body and how, with the correct diet coupled with Colonic Hydrotherapy, we can stimulate this healing and bring long lasting health and vitality.

Colonic hydrotherapy

Colonic Hydrotherapy is a Naturopathic treatment that works to support the body’s natural processes of detoxification and elimination.

This consists of slowly and gently introducing warm filtered water into the colon under low pressure via a small tube. The purpose is to remove excess waste and gas which impair the natural peristaltic function of the colon. Through gentle encouragement, the colon’s natural peristaltic movement and the liver are stimulated to release bile, which is one of the major routes of detoxification. By removing excess toxic load from the colon and stimulating peristalsis the colon is re-educated to function optimally.

Dietary and lifestyle aftercare supports the client to make lasting changes, so increasing vitality and overall wellbeing.

Benefits are multiple with clients feeling healthier, more vibrant and with a greater sense of well-being.

Nutrition consultations

My holistic approach to proper nutrition encourages education on basic nutrition to develop a diet incorporating natural and organic foods and natural holistic supplements for chronic health conditions. A bespoke protocol will support the client in strengthening their immune system and aiding detoxification to fully support their body to function at its optimal level.

Allergy testing and other Functional Medicine tests

Functional medicine diagnostic testing includes food intolerance hormone profile, adrenal stress profiles, leaky gut testing and and other functional tests which tailor the treatment protocol for the individual client.
