As a Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach, I apply my training and experience with nutrition, blood sugar management, gut health, heart health and behavioural psychology to consistently empower people to make changes to improve and optimise their health.
I am passionate about the work that I do because I see that so many women around the years leading up to menopause see an unnecessary decline in their happiness, energy levels and general health along with unwelcome changes in body composition and biohealth markers.
Having struggled with being overweight for much of my adult life, I discovered that the answer is not fad diets or punishing exercise regimes. Success comes from improving the foundations of good health – nutrition, a happy gut, movement you enjoy, stress reduction and good sleep.
I believe that good health and happiness go hand in hand, so don’t let life pass you by while you wait to feel better, to find the energy to do your best work, to be your best self, to do the things you love.
